How we know canvas.cpp.edu is theirs

It runs on cpp.edu, which is California Polytechnic State University, Pomona’s own domain. Nobody else can put a portal there, so ownership settles it. Read from the portal on 22 October 2026.

A second sign-in system also answered for California Polytechnic State University, Pomona. That is normal where a school has moved platforms and left the old one running; the confirmed one above is the one DuePilot offers.

Signing in

California Polytechnic State University, Pomona puts Canvas behind its own sign-in, so the page you land on is headed CPP Signon rather than Canvas. That is the right page. Your California Polytechnic State University, Pomona username and password go into it, on California Polytechnic State University, Pomona’s own site, and DuePilot never sees them.

Opening that address sends you to idp.cpp.edu, which is on California Polytechnic State University, Pomona’s own domain. That is worth knowing twice over: it is the page you should expect to type a password into, and it is a second, independent reason to believe this portal is California Polytechnic State University, Pomona’s.

On the Connect screen, search California Polytechnic State University, Pomona. canvas.cpp.edu is already known, so there is no address to look up and nothing to paste.

What DuePilot reads from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona’s Canvas

Your Canvas calendar, your assignment list and your course names. Where your school still issues API tokens, your weighted grade standing too, and what you need on what is left.

Your due dates are in Pacific time

This portal is configured America/Los_Angeles. An assignment California Polytechnic State University, Pomona set for 11:59pm is 11:59pm Pacific time, and DuePilot shows it that way wherever you open the app. A deadline quietly shifted by three hours costs a grade, so this is read from the portal rather than assumed from the address.
